Today, Juan Campos has defended his doctoral dissertation entitled: “Impact of internal idea management initiatives on the development of an innovation culture in large organization: A multiple case study in Spain”. The directors were Patricio Morcillo Ortega and Luis Rubio Andrada, both professors affiliated to the Faculty of Economics and Business at UAM.
This dissertation evaluates the impact of internal idea management initiatives on the development of an innovation culture in large organizations, through a multiple case study. To this extent, four large organizations located in Spain (Madrid City Council, Banco Sabadell, Endesa and Grupo Repsol), were analysed based on two theoretical models: the internal crowdsourcing of Zuchowski et al. (2016) and the innovation culture by Rao and Weintraub (2013).
