The paper dealt with data from 2013 on women’s incorporation into science and innovation, analyzing the current situation of the research projects and the participation of women in them, percentages of participation by sexes in subsidies concessions, reviewing the main women inventors and researchers and beneficiaries of Nobel awards.
The conclusions that Celia presented were clear: women direct fewer scientific projects and this is due, in part, to the fact that they present fewer projects to competitive national and international calls. Therefore, encourages them to change this attitude and compete more actively.
